Purchase

Purchase means obtaining a celeb item or event. The items donated by celebrities are personally autographed and comes with a certificate confirming its authenticity if at all possible.

All details regarding the condition of the auctioned item is listed in the product’s description. Insurance for delivery of the purchased item is strongly recommended and fee is to be covered by the purchaser.

Please note that all sales are final.

Purchases and deliveries can be payed by cheque, postal money order and credit cards MasterCard and visa.

Reserve

CelebsAuctions.com as the right to apply a reserve price to the items or events on auction. A reserve price on an item or event means that the bidding must reach the amount put in reserve for it to be sold. When the reserve price as been reached, the following message will appear: reserve met and the item or event will then be attributed to the highest bidder. If, at the end of the auction time, the reserve price as not been reached, the following message will appear: reserve not met and the item or event will not be sold.

Delivery

All purchases through CelebsAuctions.com is delivered to the buyer at his own fee. The item or event will be sent within 4 to 6 weeks. If the purchaser wishes to pick up his item/event himself, arrangements have to be made through the CelebsAuctions' administration office at the following email address : info@celebsauctions.com

CelebsAuctions.com reserves the right to apply a reserve price to auctionned items. A price reserve on an item or event means that the bidding must reach the amount put in reserve for it to be sold. At the end of the time limit of the auctionned item or event, if the price reserve as been met, the following message will appear : reseve met and the item or event will be attributed to the highest bidder. It the reserve price of an item or event as not been met, the following message will appear : reserve not met and the concerned objet/event will not be sold.
